Tuesday's with Morley - July Cards

I decided to continue the Circle Theme started with the scrapbook layout!

The first card also features the Circle Circus stamp set. I think we've already used the "Enjoy Every Moment" stamp set in a previous month, so I'll have an alternative available at our meeting if you don't want to use it again

Cardstock - Green Galore, Melon Mambo, Whisper White
Inks - Green Galore, Melon Mambo
Accessories - Eyelet Border Punch, Stampin' Dimensionals

The second card uses the large scallop circle die as the base. I think it turned out cute and it's totally different than anything we've done before.

Tuesday's with Morley - July Scrapbook

This month's scrapbook layout features a circus of circles!!

The new Circle Circus stamp set is featured. I'm also using one of the new In Colors - Soft Suede. I love this new one!

Getting the curvature of the pictures was difficult for me. I think I've got a pattern sketched out that will make it easy to follow.

What was I Thinking ?!

I have not posted on the blog for over a month and here's the reason why! My brother is getting married next week and for some reason I agreed to make the party favors for the rehearsal dinner.

In our family, the rehearsal dinner is more than just the bridal party. We invite all relatives and out of town guests. So we're expecting close to 100 people. For the party favors, I made 50 sets of coasters. Needless to say, my shoulder is killing me!

Special thanks to Leah Fish for the inspiration behind these gifts. She taught a class on these coasters at Retreat a couple of years ago.
