Tuesday's with Morley - January

It seems like we build up to Christmas for months and months. Then, when it's over - it's over. I was shocked to see all of the Valentine displays in the stores just a few days after Christmas! So of course, I've jumped on the bandwagon - we'll be doing Valentines cards for our January meeting!

The Occasions Mini is now out and it is amazing! There are a lot of great new products - stamps, papers, Big shot accessories, and more. It's also Sale-a-Bration so don't forget that for each $50 order, you can choose one item from the Sale-a-bration catalog.

Our first card utilizes one of the new items in the Occasions mini - the Paper Doily Sizzlits Die. It's super cute, but punching out all of those little doily holes can be tedious. Be sure to bring your paper piercer with you to the club meeting!

Our second card was inspired by this post on Split Coast Stampers. I really liked the layout, but then I put my twist on it! The new satin pleated ribbon is adorable!

For December, we're going to be making these cute gift card holders! They are made using the Holiday Stocking Bigz L Die. I love the plaid paper that's featured in the Frostwood Lodge DS Paper.

November Club Cards

For November, we will do one card and one 3-D project. I think they are both really cute

The card is one that I CASEd from Split Coast Stampers. Here is the link. I didn't have the exact sentiment so I changed it up with one that I had. I love how the Pool Party color blends with the fall colors!

The second project is this ultra-cute box. I used a die that Melanie owns. It can be used as a gift card holder or it's perfect for candy or pack of gum. I'm thinking about doing several of these and putting them at everyone's plate at the Thanksgiving table!

I've been overwhelmed with work and travel so I have to apologize in advance for the October cards - not one of my finer moments! Oh well, I can't hit a homerun every month, can I??!!!

Don't forget that October is our order month!
